As a CPO, EVP, SVP and GM, I've been on both the software infrastructure vendor side (Mercury/HP, Appcelerator, and Keynote) and application provider side of the business (Castlight Health) leading primarily product teams. Most recently I have led product teams at PagerDuty for the last 5 years going from pre-IPO to accelerated growth as a public company. Product leadership and strategy are my passion along with motivating and getting the most out of teams and leaders.
