Ross Young is currently CISO in Residence at Team8, a global venture-creation and venture capital fund. He is the Creator of the OWASP Threat and Safeguard Matrix (TaSM), and has been the CISO of Caterpillar Financial, as well as a Johns Hopkins University Instructor.  Previously, Ross was a divisional CISO at Capital One and has over a decade worth of cybersecurity experience across CIA, NSA, and the Federal Reserve Board.
