Debbie has been a Cybersecurity leader for more than two decades. She has served as VP of Security for Verizon Business, Kratos Defense and IBM. She’s also been the CEO and founder of two accelerators, Cyber Zephyr, LLC and Energy Cyber Partners, Inc. She has developed and led global security programs in 25 countries and across 4 continents. Her work is at the nexus of security, AI, Quantum, Robotics and other emerging tech. She serves on independent Executive Boards for the Department of Defense, (The Cyber AB) and the Consumer Technology Association, delivering the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). She has testified before the 118th Congress on Cybersecurity and AI. She is a champion for early-stage innovation and advises corporate boards, venture, private equity and the c-suite on Quantum Security in her company Quantum Crunch, LLC.
