Jim Ducharme is the General Manager, Fraud Management at RSA. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall business strategy and execution of the RSA® Fraud & Risk Intelligence product portfolio. He is working to increase the effectiveness of fraud detection and prevention techniques with the use of cloud-based data science and machine learning innovations. Jim has more than 25 years leading product organizations in the identity, integrated risk, and fraud management markets. Prior to RSA in 2012, he served in executive leadership roles for Aveksa, CA and Netegrity. He holds several patents and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire.
