Before joining BigPanda, I was the Director of Enterprise Architecture at IPsoft / Amelia, where I led and built cognitive, robotic process automation, and IT process automation solutions for various industries. I have a strong background in pre-and post-sales support, enterprise network design, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and conversational AI. I have successfully delivered solutions for some of the top financial services, retail, and insurance companies in the world.
