DevSecOps programs aren’t like kitchen appliances where you can “set it and forget it.” To stay ahead of development trends and security concerns, application security programs need to continuously level-up their offerings. This talk will discuss how Target has matured its DevSecOps program through innovation, efficiency and improving the developer experience. We’ll discuss how we’ve optimized DevSecOps tools for use in modern environments, led technical teams to adopt a security minded culture, and ensured that development teams really 'own' the security of their software.
