Sandy is a data and analytics advisor focused on helping executives set strategy, align operations and mobilize technology to solve their most pressing data challenges. With a 20-year track record of leading data and digital transformations, she understands the value of creating frameworks that enable material business outcomes.

Sandy is VP and co-lead of Cervello, a Kearney company's data and analytics consulting practice, focused on nurturing and growing their global clients, teams, and partnerships. She has helped organizations and clients with transformation programs across data and digital domains throughout her career. Her experience ranges from designing and developing e-commerce, performance management, digital and data platform solutions to overseeing multi-year data transformations, developing enterprise data teams and growing consulting practices.

Sandy commits 10% of her week as a mentor across various organizations, helping women and those in underrepresented communities grow their careers in data.

When not occupied with work, you can find her at the local pottery studio attempting to make functional forms out of lumps of clay.
