In January of 2022, Trude started her 12th year as CIO at NCH Corporation, a $1 billion, 100 year old, privately held, global manufacturer of industrial, commercial, and institutional maintenance products and services, water treatment, and specialty lubricants, along with a very successful hand sanitizer line. NCH’s Global IT Organization has more than 100 global technology professionals supporting 57 countries, with staff based primarily in the Irving, Texas,
Headquarters, along with staff in the UK, Czech Republic and the Philippines.
Trude has spent her entire career driving business transformation across multiple industries and verticals
* automating journal entry processes in insurance claims processing systems at AON insurance in Pennsylvania,
* relocating Money Transfer technology and teams from Wall Street to a secure Data Center for JP Morgan in Delaware,
* driving the first Corporate Card Reporting Data Warehouse at American Express in Arizona,
* deploying apparel ERP technology for Haggar Clothing Company in Texas (maker of the NFL Hall of Fame “Gold Jackets”),
* and more than a decade driving strategy to modernize NCH’s Core Services across the globe, streamlining and digitizing sales and marketing tools for NCH's global, 4000 person salesforce, and dramatically improving NCH’s enterprise technology network and security.
Trude is focused on building partnerships, developing IT blueprints and driving solutions aligned with corporate strategies and business objectives. She brings the type of leadership that elevates and transforms technology organizations. She has an impressive track record of successful complex global projects, solution delivery and cost effective IT operations.
She is a favorite speaker and moderator, decorated technology executive, and participant on many advisory boards, including The Dallas Innovation Advisory Council, DallasCIO (former Chair), The DFW Alliance of Technology and Women (DFW ATW), Executive Women’s Forum International, and Prime Women Media. Born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Trude is a graduate of Temple University and currently resides in Irving, Texas, with her husband where they golf every weekend.
