Kristy is an IT Director at NCH Corporation based in Irving, Texas.  NCH Corporation is a global chemical manufacturing company operating in 50+ countries. Kristy is responsible for the IT strategic vision, architecture, harmonization and execution of sales, service and mobility technical solutions for a global chemical direct sales force.  Her broad experience and strong business relationship skills over the last 20+ years have enabled her to successfully champion the development and implementations of cloud-based and proprietary sales applications used by over 3000 sales and service associates in around the globe. Additionally she founded and leads the NCH Women’s leadership program. Kristy graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Information Systems.  She is passionate about developing leaders and making a difference in the lives of girls and women in technology fields.
