Kim Morris is Vice President of IT at CECO Environmental, an environmentally focused company whose solutions protect people, the environment and industrial equipment. Kim is responsible for leading the global IT team and advancing the company’s digital capabilities and user experience.
Ms. Morris has held senior IT leadership positions in manufacturing, energy, retail, finance, and high-tech industries and brings an innovative perspective that enables growth and transformation by leveraging both cutting edge and proven technology. With more than 20 years’ broad experience in Information Technology, she has architected global technology strategies and solutions, created information security and compliance programs, established IT operations for startup organizations, and developed high performing teams.
Kim is also a mentor/lifelong learner and spends time supporting STEAM, industry associations and is active in her community. She is a member of ISACA, (ISC)2, SIM(Society for Information Management), Metroport Chamber of Commerce, a Technology Ball Executive Host, and serves as a Planning & Zoning Commissioner for the Town of Westlake.
Ms. Morris earned an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University with specializations in Change Management and Executive Leadership, a BBA in Business Information Management from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and holds multiple technical certifications in IT Governance, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy.
