William X. Kerber III is a software engineer and tech entrepreneur in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is the founder and CEO of Human Mode LLC, a frontier investment company focused on building in emerging technology segments including Robotics and Virtual Reality. In its short life, the company has produced a number of exciting results including the ""Mech Suit"" robot controller and ""Massive Loop Metaverse,"" with even more to come.

William spent his early years as the lead software engineer at Paycom Software Inc where he led its growing technology department for over 18 years with a long tenure as CIO.
