Cindy is a Lead IT Developer at Diamondback Energy specializing in data modeling, data integration, and data migration and delivery. With over 8 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, she has developed hundreds of enterprise data solutions for different users and functions across the business. As a result of her work, she was invited to and participated in the official Microsoft Hackathon in Seattle, presented at the Microsoft Data Insights conference in 2017, and was recognized by The Journal Record in 2022 on their Power List of Oklahoma IT leaders.
Cindy is honored to have the privilege to serve as the 2023 President and Executive Director of Oklahoma Women in Technology (OKWIT) and has served on the OKWIT Board of Directors since 2020. She also enjoys giving back to the community through fostering animals as part of the Oklahoma Humane Society.
Cindy earned her bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the prestigious McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas and earned her MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
