Victoria Natalie received her mechanical engineering bachelor's degree in 2012 and worked as a design engineer for five years before deciding to go back to school for her master's degree. She graduated with a master of science in mechanical and aerospace engineering at OSU in 2019 and immediately began working as a research engineer in the Unmanned Systems Research Institute (USRI). At USRI, she develops institute operations and leads research projects and programs related to autonomous technology. USRI is at the cutting edge of unmanned aerial system (UAS) technology and is currently expanding with the Counter-UAS Center of Excellence, focused on system safety and tracking, and the LaunchPad research center and flight test corridor, aimed at furthering advanced aerial mobility (AAM). Victoria has always been fascinated by atmospheric research and USRI is an exciting and growing institute that will act as a pathfinder to the cities and technology of the future.
