In this session, concepts from the ITIL 4 High Velocity IT Publication will be discussed as well as well as a brief overview of what is new in ITIL 4. Two of the five HVIT Objectives Associated with Digital Products, Achieving Resilient Operations and Assured Conformance, will be discussed as well as a brief Risk Management exercise.
