Umut began his career with Garanti 20 years ago as a full stack developer, working in both Java and mainframe for 9 years. He transitioned to leadership roles within Garanti development teams, and for the last 3 years has lead DevOps Transformation of Garanti BBVA. In this DevOps Transformation at Garanti, Umut aims to renew and automate CI/CD pipelines and process for open systems and mainframe development while maintaining quality, velocity, and Garanti culture. Umut's goal in this transformation is to offer the same experience to all developers, regardless of the language they use.
