He has a proven track record of creating and releasing new software products end-to-end. In recent years, he led the development of several IBM offerings such as IBM Wazi, IBM Z Open Editor, IBM User Build, IBM Application Delivery Intelligence, Jazz Reporting Service, reporting components in the Rational Quality Manager, IBM Self-Check, IBM Rational Method Composer, and the Eclipse Process Framework.
