Peter Nickolov is co-founder and CTO of Opsani. He is a proven technology innovator with patents in machine learning, autonomous operations, cloud computing, file systems and software assembly of microservices. Prior to Opsani, Peter was a Distinguished Engineer and SVP of Engineering in CA Technologies cloud business unit. Peter joined CA with their acquisition of cloud computing pioneer 3tera where he was co-founder, CTO and later COO. In addition, Peter built advanced system-level software for Canon, Emulex, Lockheed, Rockwell, Sony, Toshiba, ViaSat and others.

Peter is a recognized expert in scalable infrastructure technologies and frequent speaker at leading technology events; most recently DevOps Exchange, DockerCon, VMworld, CloudExpo, KubeCon, ScaleX, O'Reilly's Velocity, QCon, CSC Leadership Edge Forum, Strata, and others.
