Paolo brings over 17 years of experience as a security and software engineer. He is also an avid participant in various bug bounties and CTFs. Now a year into his role as the Head of Application Security at the Motley Fool, he's eager to talk about all the challenges, strategies and tactics with bootstrapping an Application Security program from the ground up. Paolo holds a BS in computer science from the University of Maryland.
