Dave Estlick is responsible for the global information security program including security operations, asset protection, cyber risk, intelligence, compliance, data loss, fraud, and cybersecurity architecture. With a collaborative approach and passion for analytics, he leads a team of dedicated engineers, analysts, architects, and project managers. Prior to Chipotle, Estlick was the Global CISO for Starbucks and has held security leadership roles at PetSmart and Amazon. He was inducted into the CSO Hall of Fame and named to the Global CISO 100 and Cyber Defense Award Top 100 lists for 2020.
