Vandana Pandey is an Associate Director, Site Reliability Engineer in Kyndryl SRE Center of Excellence Team (CoE). She is IBM/Kyndryl certified SRE. She is the first certified female SRE in IBM/Kyndryl. She has a total of 19+ years of experience. In IBM, she became Academy of Technology (AoT) Member in 2017. She has contributed to 35+ AoT initiatives, of which she has been listed as 'Contributors' for 8 of the AoT published reports. She has a patent to her name and have 2 disclosures as 'Defensive Publication'. She is DEI&B Champion and Advocate and have been mentoring several girls & women to advance in their career.

Outside Kyndryl, She is Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Global Ambassador since 2016. She co-founded SWE Chennai Affiliate and served as Affiliate President for 3 years. Currently she is one of the Affiliate Board Member as well. She is currently a Joint-Focused Coach, under Leadership Coaching Committee (LCC), coaching SWE Affiliates to address blockers and guide them to achieve SWE's mission and vision. She is SWE Local Advisory Board Member since 2017, led Technical Track Chair committee for 2 years and currently she has been promoted to be part of FY25 Executive Advisory Board , where she is chairing Program Committee.
