He has over 30 years of international experience in leading and managing multinational teams and projects across the globe.

He has successfully delivered outsourcing, automation and lifecycle programs for clients such as RBS , Commerzbank, IKEA and T-Systems, achieving significant savings, efficiency and quality improvements. He has also co-authored the ITILĀ® 4 Service Request Management Practice Guide and trained hundreds of professionals in ITIL best practices. He is passionate about creating value, innovation and excellence for my clients and stakeholders, and is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to apply his skills and knowledge.
