Terje Sagstad is a professional specialist and trainer in Project Management and Project Leadership for the past 25 years. Digital transformation is all about how to change, change management, new business opportunities and technology. All in all digital transformation is about people and organizations and how you and I interact with new technology in an organizational environment.

Terje is currently working as an senior project manager at University of Bergen and Lead Trainer at University of Agder’s ATO in project management. As an experienced trainer,, coach and specialist he has been one the reviewers of the previous PRINCE2 6th edition and written an AXELOS article on digital project management.

He is passionate about the transformative journey of the University of Bergen (UiB) towards a digitally-enabled, professional project management environment and has extensive experience in the PPM field. Terje hold a B.sc in informatics and media science and a Master degress in Information design and information architecture.
