Howard has spent most of the last five years consulting with the Fortune 500 and governments around the world on strategy and digital transformation, helping organizations get the most from their tech spend and transition from cost centers to transformation leaders in their organizations.

Currently, Howard is the CTO of an engineering research firm and runs the advisory portion of the business. He works with end user executives on strategic planning and technology vendors on market direction and how to reach their ideal customer.
