He is an Executive Fellow and teaches entrepreneurship at the Harvard Business School. Levin was the sole founder and first CEO of Black Duck Software, a pioneer in open source security and compliance issues (acquired by Synopsys in 2017). Levin also held senior positions at Microsoft over a nine year period, worked on the original Apple Macintosh development team. Today Levin serves on the Board of Directors of ReversingLabs, FiVerity, and SmartOne and as a Board Advisor of Resec and Dowsers a seasoned expert in AI, cybersecurity and digital fraud detection.
