Resec’s Executive Chairman & CEO. Tal's primary focus is overall company management and strategic sales, partnerships, and business development. Tal is also a Partner at Pico Venture Partners, a leading early-stage VC in Israel, the lead seed investor in Resec. Prior to joining PICO, Tal was the CEO of two start-ups, leading strategic business development and sales in global markets. Previously, he was a Vice President at JPMorgan in New York, working in credit and equity derivatives while servicing global hedge funds and large asset managers. He is a former intercollegiate scholarship athlete and holds a B.Sc. with Summa Cum Lauda from Christian Brothers University.
