Yael Lev is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence and data science, currently holding the position of AI and Data Science Product Leader at Sisense. In her current role, she spearheads the product roadmap for innovative AI solutions around key strategic themes and critical competencies in the embedded analytics space. These include identifying key analytic use cases leveraging generative AI, natural language querying and generation, graph-based recommender systems, insight generation and more.

Before stepping into product management, Yael managed a multidisciplinary group of data scientists, data engineers and full-stack developers at Sisense. This team focused on the research and development of AI solutions for the analytics and business intelligence platforms industry. Yael led the development of Sisense’s Knowledge Graph Project, creating a recommendation engine that provided Sisense users with a personalized experience.

Yael's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the Hebrew University. Her research focused on the reliability of neuronal activity of the motor cortex in predicting volitional movements. This academic training in complex cognitive processes adds a unique perspective to her work in AI and data science.
