"Agile transformation is the first step on the journey of digital transformation and a core part of the digitization process. Agile transformation is a holistic change and emphasizes the people using the technology, the process by which work is done and the overall cultural change that is required. • How we managed the expectations of our stakeholders and brought alignment to all team members on the ground.
• The problems we faced in our execution and how we overcame them."
