Significant Highlights: • Led the culture change for The Clearing House, to a nimbler organization, by implementing Agile & DevOps as a transformation agent for both business and technology leading to new innovative market applications. Created a training program called Common Services University, which focused on shaping how TCH solves complex problems. • Partnered with European Banking Authority (EBA) and Swift by taking on a leadership role and understanding each organizations pain-points to demonstrate international payment flow between Europe and US. Used the new Agile processes at TCH to build this “translation” engine quickly by working collaboratively with the US and European banks to create this new system. This will impact how international payments are made going forward on a global level. • Created an Enterprise Reference Architecture that was adopted by 12 separate Federal Reserve organizations that standardized technologies for over $2B in annual spend. • Launched a cloud-based Business Intelligence (BI) platform for RTP that integrates TCH products into a single cloud-based BI solution for our customer.
