Jaclyn is the Chief Security and Privacy Officer of NTT Managed Services, Americas, and CISO over Global Managed Services and Platforms Divisions for NTT Ltd. She is a strategic security leader within NTT and advisor to customers who are building and scaling their security programs through sustainable and secure digital offerings. Her team works to ensure the company’s IT services, technology, development and security services meet contractual and regulatory requirements across industries and to ensure a successful security and technology roadmap for Secure-24 clients. Jaclyn has held several roles in Finance and Information Technology over the past 16 years, with a diverse management background, leading projects and teams in complex IT transformations, new regulatory compliance and best practices such as ITAR and DFARS, ITIL & COBIT, DevOps and Lean standards, AICPA SOC and ISO certifications.
