Tracey serves as Bottle Rocket’s senior vice president of technology. Bottle Rocket, an Ogilvy
Experience company, is an experience consultancy that provides business strategy, product, design and
technology services that drive business results and sustainable growth for companies of all shapes and
sizes.
With over 20 years experience in software engineering and technology leadership, Tracey’s expertise
spans application development, e-commerce websites, electronic toll collection solutions, telecom
operation management systems and interactive television guides. She currently manages Bottle
Rocket’s largest team of over 100+ technologists across application development which includes: iOS,
Android, web, flutter, middleware, Quality Assurance, IT, security and DevOps.
Tracey has been instrumental in growing the capabilities of the technology team at Bottle Rocket and is
an invaluable partner to her internal counterparts helping to educate and define technology solutions
for clients and prospects. She has led initiatives around API design, API gateways, middleware
solutions and, most recently, an initiative to evaluate and improve Bottle Rocket’s continuous integration/continuous delivery approach that is improving our deployment processes and helping us deliver
scalable solutions for our clients.
Tracey is a tremendous people leader and manager and a well-respected mentor and collaborator both
in and outside of the company. Prior to joining Bottle Rocket over five years ago, Tracey held leadership
roles at Long Range Systems LLC and imc2. Tracey holds a BA in MIS from the University of Oklahoma.
