Calling all women in tech! We can’t forget to welcome the dudes/guys/fellas to the conversation for this inaugural event. This lively panel session will be a candid conversation about why, as a male, advocating for your female colleague(s) and looking to each other as allies can be beneficial for you, too. Gender equity is the goal! It’s not easy, but this session will offer tips & advice to make it stick. And feel good doing it. (Being vulnerable, talking openly, gain traction with the male audience, etc. This session is for everyone)
