Nevine Iskandar is a result-driven PeopleCert ITIL Ambassador, a DevOps and Agile Skills Association (DASA) Ambassador, a passionate Service Management Principal Consultant and a Transformation Leader known for her thought leadership, her excellent stakeholder management capabilities, her pragmatic approach to problem solving, and for making things happen.
Throughout her career, Nevine has acquired substantial hands-on experience implementing and using several industry best practices by working in different domains such as application services, infrastructure services, and consulting. Her passion for all things service management and Agile has often been describes as contagious.
In addition to consulting, Nevine is also a certified ITIL and SRE instructor and a Lean and CMMI overview trainer; she is also a business simulation games facilitator.
Nevine’s background spans several disciplines including but not limited to: logistics and operations management, software quality assurance, continual improvement, project management and organisation management of change, just to name a few.
Nevine is a former itSMFA board member, an ITIL v3 examiner, writing ITIL Operational Support an Analysis exam papers. and a Manager Certificate exam marker for EXIN South Pacific. She currently is itSMFA NSW branch Event Coordinator and itSMFA Members Value Program contributor.
In addition to her MBA majoring in Operation Management and International Business, Nevine is also an ITIL 4 Managing Professional, a Certified Agile Service Manager (CASM), a Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE), a DevOps Leader, and a CMMI for Services (Capability Maturity Model Integration for Service) expert.
Throughout her career, Nevine has received several awards and recognitions including a ‘high achiever of the year award’, and a ‘volunteer of the year award’ which demonstrate her dedication and hard work.
