Jonathan Barouch is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of customer service technology business Local Measure and is one of Australia’s most respected tech sector entrepreneurs.

Local Measure is a customer service technology company founded in 2014. Its flagship product is Engage, an intelligent contact center platform that uses Generative AI to create personalized customer experiences. Its clients are across Oceania, Asia Pacific, North America, Europe, and Africa, and include the world’s largest travel, hospitality, retail, financial services, and telecommunications businesses.

Jonathan founded Fast Flowers, an Australian e-commerce company, at the age of 17. He has completed multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Economics, a Masters in International Relations, and a Masters of Commerce. He has also completed a Company Director’s Diploma and served on multiple not-for-profit boards, including the Sydney Story Factory.

Jonathan currently resides in Sydney with his family.
