- Click on the "Watch Session" button in the agenda under the session title - it will take you to the session page. If the session hasn't started yet, you will land in the waiting room. *IF you are on a mobile device, you will need to minimize your chat in order to see the agenda and session.
- All the sessions become available onDemand immediately. Missed one? Don't worry - it is still accessible to watch.
- To get the best out of this experience, we recommend using Chromium based browsers such as: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for using Swoogo on a desktop computer.
You can also get good results on Mozilla Firefox or Safari, however, there can be times where there may be slight visual differentiations (video controls, Website design, etc.).
Internet Explorer is now deprecated and Microsoft will no longer be supporting it, so it's not recommended.
We recommend always using the latest version of your chosen browser.

For any technical issues, we ask you to include as much information about the problem happening such as any error messages, what browser and version ID you are using, what device (desktop, tablet, mobile), or if you are using any VPNs, ad-blockers, or plugins that could directly affect these issues.
