Yossi Cohen leads the Market Area North America - an organization of approximately 11,000 employees - in serving Ericsson’s customers in the United States and Canada with industry-leading technology and services.

Prior to this position, he served as the head of strategy, technology, marketing and business development for Ericsson North America from June 2020 to January 2024. In this role, he oversaw multiple C-level positions including the chief strategy officer, chief technology officer, and chief marketing officer, in addition to managing global hyper-scaler business and business development initiatives.

Cohen's journey with Ericsson also includes roles such as the head of customer unit Verizon in New Jersey, USA (August 2016 to June 2020), the global head of radio sales and business management in Stockholm, Sweden (September 2015 to August 2016), and head of global customer unit Softbank, based in Tokyo, Japan (July 2009 to August 2015). His earlier positions at Ericsson encompassed roles such as Key Account Manager for Bezeq/Pelephone and CTO for Ericsson Israel.

Prior to his tenure at Ericsson, Cohen's experience includes roles in a telecommunications technology-centric startup, as well as a mobile operator.

Apart from his responsibilities at Ericsson, Cohen has board member experience, and he's served as a board member for MediaKind Inc. since 2019.

Cohen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West London and a diploma in Electronic Technical Engineering from the Mosenson Elite Academy, Israel. He is also an alumnus of the advanced executive program at the prestigious D'Amore-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University.

The Solution Sales team sells into all T-Mobile for Business customer segments and has a national scope. Prior to his current position, Mr. Fitz served as Vice President of Global Wireline and Strategic Accounts within T-Mobile for Business. The Strategic Accounts segment represents T-Mobile’s largest business customers. At the same time, Mr. Fitz served as T-Mobile’s (and formerly Sprint’s) general manager of the Global Wireline business 2016-2022, culminating in the planned sale of the business unit to Cogent. Mr. Fitz has been with T-Mobile 28 years (Sprint prior to 2020), spanning various B2B roles across customer service, strategy, sales engineering, and product management. He has been awarded annual executive leadership awards and received industry awards including Fierce Telecom’s “Rising Star of Wireline”. Prior to T-Mobile, Mr. Fitz worked at GE in Network and Data Security roles after completing GE’s prestigious Information Systems Management Program. Mr. Fitz was awarded his MBA from the University of Maryland and earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University. Mr. Fitz serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for National Safe Place, a nationwide non-profit serving runaway and homeless youth. He and his family reside in Leesburg, Virginia.

He began his career as a software engineer at Microsoft and Apple. Sanjay has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated a Baker Scholar which designates his position in the top 5% of his graduating class, a master’s degree in management science and engineering from Stanford University, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, math and engineering from Dartmouth College, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Sanjay holds two patents. Poonen serves on the Supervisory Board of Philips, and Board of Snyk.

At Lenovo, he and his team are responsible for end-to-end AI and HPC strategies - focused on leadership in the mid-market and strong presence in the TOP500. Scott is responsible for Lenovo’s Artificial Intelligence strategy – focusing on enabling clients with the best AI technology available based on open partnership and open source. His goal in this area is to deliver Responsible AI that is easy to consume for customers across nearly all industries. Scott is from Raleigh, North Carolina USA. Jonathan founded Fast Flowers, an Australian e-commerce company, at the age of 17. He has completed multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours in Economics, a Masters in International Relations, and a Masters of Commerce. He has also completed a Company Director’s Diploma and served on multiple not-for-profit boards, including the Sydney Story Factory.

Jonathan currently resides in Sydney with his family.

As Chief Sustainability Officer, he leads Intel’s global sustainability initiatives including climate, energy, water, green buildings and circular economy. Currently, Todd’s organization is focused on achieving Intel’s ambitious 2030 sustainability goals and the commitment to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions in Intel’s global operations by 2040. Todd’s community relations teams oversee local stakeholder engagement, community relations, corporate volunteerism and sustainability at the company's major manufacturing and office locations around the globe. These locations include Arizona, California, New Mexico, Ohio, and Oregon in the United States, as well as China, Costa Rica, Germany, India, Israel, Ireland, Malaysia, and Vietnam.

During his 25+ year career at Intel, Todd has represented the company in numerous public forums and led industry-wide initiatives in national and international committees. He has authored several papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings on a variety of sustainability topics. He was recognized with a lifetime achievement award by the National Association for Environmental Management (NAEM) and has been named by Scientific American as one of ten outstanding leaders involved in research, business or policy pursuits that have advanced science and technology, and one of the world’s top 20 sustainability leaders by Sustainability Magazine.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He lives in Gilbert Arizona with his family, and in his spare time can be found running or biking the streets and trails of the Grand Canyon state.

Dave is the co-chief executive officer of Solidigm and a member of the company's board of directors. Previously, he was SVP and GM of the Data Center Group at Solidigm leading the DCG engineering teams, along with strategic roadmap planning and product marketing. Earlier in his career, Dave was an engineer in various NAND Flash, NOR Flash and CPU product engineering disciplines.

Known for his deep customer relationships and passion for innovation, Ghazi has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth during his tenure. Most recently as chief operating officer and president he steered Synopsys through record revenue growth and profitability by driving ambitious business strategies and fostering a culture of relentless customer focus and execution excellence. 

Previously, Ghazi led the EDA Design group, overseeing all digital and custom products that make up the company's largest business. Before joining Synopsys in 1998 as an applications engineer, Ghazi began his career as a design engineer at Intel.

He also served as VP Marketing for Avalanche technology, where he defined the foundational business plan and the company’s first STT-MRAM products in addition to raising significant venture capital.

She was awarded the Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers award from the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) for her leadership capabilities in demonstrating a commitment to the Latinx community. In May 2021, Carla was named one of the Power 100 Women of the Channel by CRN and in October 2023 was named a top 100 technology leader within the United States by HITEC.

Carla lives in Portland, Oregon and outside of work spends her time as a busy mom of two girls and together with her husband, runs a boutique winery and vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

He was part of the leadership team in the establishment of Intel's graphics business. Prior to this, he successfully led Intel's drone division, creating a profitable enterprise from the ground up, which included the development of large-scale drone light show swarms and commercial drone solutions. His efforts were instrumental in bringing the Intel® RealSense™ technology to the marketplace, establishing and expanding the netbook category, and facilitating the widespread adoption of Intel® Centrino® Mobile Technology for PCs.

Nanduri, who has served on the NASA Advisory Committee, holds three patents and has earned three Intel Achievement Awards for his contributions.

Before coming to the U.S. Craig held multiple product planning, corporate development, and strategic planning positions in Samsung Semiconductor’s Korean headquarters, and also served as Chief of Staff to the President.

Craig’s biggest career achievements including growing 3 business from zero to multi-billion dollar run rates, playing a critical role in doubling Samsung’s memory revenue, and completing more than 50 corporate development deals spanning investment, M&A, and partnerships.

Craig has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University

Duggal and his team have led our Automotive product and business strategy since its inception in 2011, creating the Snapdragon Digital Chassis which includes our semiconductor, software and services portfolio across Connectivity, Cockpit and Driver Assistance / Automated Driving (ADAS/AD) domains and built Qualcomm’s automotive design-win pipeline through strategic partnerships with most major automakers and Tier-1 suppliers worldwide.  In 2021, Duggal successfully led the acquisition of Arriver, an ADAS/AD stack subsidiary of Veoneer, a Swedish Tier-1 supplier which is now integrated into Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Ride platform.  Under his leadership, the Automotive business is now focused on our expansion into Smart Transportation and Mobility segments, Autonomous Driving, and the realization of the Software Defined Vehicle.

Duggal is also responsible for Qualcomm’s Industrial & Embedded IOT business where he and his team drive market-leading Connectivity Solutions, focus on driving adoption of developer-oriented Snapdragon platforms and enablement of Aware SaaS capabilities.  As part of our Cloud initiatives, he focuses on offering our AI inference solutions that range from Natural Language Processing, Gen AI for Large Language & Vision Models, Driver Assistance data reprocessing and Computer Vision based image classification and object detection to Cloud Service Providers as well as Enterprises. 

Duggal joined Qualcomm in 1995 in the company’s commercial base station and infrastructure business.  Over his career, he has held several engineering and management positions in the development and commercialization of Qualcomm’s wireless and application processor technologies, products, and industry initiatives across mobile, satellite systems, network engineering, handset distribution and machine-to-machine business segments.

Harman has over 10 years of combined experience in the US Air Force and Tanium, where she developed a strong technical skillset, built high-performance teams and demonstrated leadership in challenging and dynamic environments.

Previously, she served as Tanium's Chief of Staff, working closely with the Executive Chairman, CEO and executive team to drive strategic growth, alignment and execution across the organization. She's held various roles in technical account management, where she managed and supported key accounts, delivered exceptional customer service, and contributed to product development and innovation. In addition, she is an Officer in the U.S. Air Force, where she honed her leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. She is passionate about empowering people, delivering value and making a positive impact in the fields of cybersecurity and IT.

Pavan Davuluri’s title is Corporate Vice President, Windows + Devices at Microsoft, but at his core he is an empathetic leader who believes that technology and innovation can empower and equalize. He leads the vision and strategy for Microsoft’s Windows + Devices division, which includes the delivery of Windows 11, the development and design of Windows 365, the development, design, supply chain, and manufacturing of Microsoft hardware, including Microsoft Surface and Mixed Reality devices, as well as the creation of EDU products and features.

Under Davuluri’s leadership, product makers, engineers, and designers from across the company come together to create end-to-end experiences that blend hardware and software, fuse cloud and client, and bring AI to life, transforming the way people work, live, create, and learn.

In his 22 years at Microsoft, Davuluri has led numerous end-to-end design and engineering efforts across a variety of device categories. Most recently, Davuluri led the engineering organization responsible for silicon and systems integration in the Windows ecosystem. Prior to that, he was among the 12 original team members driving the creation of the Surface line of premium devices and began his Microsoft journey in the PC Hardware Group.

Outside of work, Davuluri enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. They can usually be found hiking or riding bikes in the Pacific Northwest or volunteering in the local Seattle area arts and theater communities.

Davuluri holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Maryland.

Alan Masarek joined Avaya as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2022 and is a member of the Board of Directors. He has over 30 years of software and cloud-based business experience.

Alan is an industry innovator with deep expertise in enterprise communications, information technology and business services. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Vonage Holdings Corp. In this role, which he held from November 2014 to June 2020, Alan led the company through an era of transformation from a VoIP-based residential phone provider into a global enterprise cloud communications company. Over the course of his tenure, Vonage completed eight acquisitions and its market capitalization increased severalfold. As importantly, Mr. Masarek led a revitalization of Vonage’s culture, creating a talent-driven organization with a culture of agility, technology innovation and customer centricity.

Prior to Vonage, Alan served as Director, Chrome & Apps at Google, Inc. from June 2012 until October 2014, following Google’s acquisition of his prior company, Quickoffice, Inc. Alan was Co-founder and CEO of Quickoffice from June 2007 to June 2012. Under his leadership, Quickoffice became one of the world’s most widely used mobile productivity software solutions, engaging more than 26 million registered users at the time of Google’s purchase.

Alan earned his M.B.A., with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

Wayne is the CEO of Sonatype, a role he has held since 2010. Prior to Sonatype, Wayne served as the CEO of open source network security pioneer Sourcefire, Inc. (NASDAQ:FIRE), which he guided from fledgling start-up through an IPO in March of 2007, later acquired by Cisco for $2.7 billion.
Before Sourcefire, Wayne co-founded Riverbed Technologies, a wireless infrastructure company, and served as its CEO until the sale of the company for more than $1 billion in March of 2000. Wayne holds a B.B.S in Finance from James Madison University, 1985, and has completed the Executive Education program for Corporate Governance at Harvard University.

Dominik Asam is a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SAP SE. His responsibilities include the areas of finance and administration, and he has served in this function at SAP since March 2023.

Prior to joining SAP, Asam had served as CFO at Airbus SE from April 2019 to February 2023 and Infineon Technologies AG from 2011. In 2010, Asam was Head of Group Controlling at RWE AG. From 2005 to 2010 he held various positions at Siemens AG, e.g., CEO of Siemens Financial Services and Corporate Vice President and Treasurer. From 2003 to 2005, Asam headed Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy at Infineon Technologies AG. Asam began his professional career in 1996 in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs Inc.

Asam graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Munich and École Centrale Paris. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration).
